About Michael
Michael Corso, founder of CHC, born in Brooklyn, New York, brings over 30 years of hands-on experience in the restaurant industry. Having worked in every position imaginable, from prep cook to executive leadership, Michael has developed a deep understanding of what it takes to build and sustain successful restaurant operations.
Throughout his career, he has worked along the East Coast, including New York City, Washington D.C., and Mystic, Connecticut, gaining a diverse perspective on regional dining trends and hospitality standards. As the Chief Operating Officer of a growing restaurant group, Michael led the expansion of the company from a single location to five thriving, separate concept establishments over seven years, increasing annual revenue from $1.5 million to over $18 million.
His passion for hospitality, operational excellence, and team development continues to drive his mission to help other restaurateurs turn their vision into successful, scalable businesses.
